Karlo Guan serves as an Executive Assistant at Craters & Freighters, based in the Philippines. In this role, he works as a strategic partner to the leadership team, directly reporting to Russ to ensure streamlined operations and administrative excellence.

Karlo’s professional foundation is built on a diverse background spanning customer service, training, and education. Prior to joining the team, he spent nearly seven years as a Teacher and Trainer.

Outside of his professional life, Karlo is a devoted family man who prioritizes quality time with his loved ones. He is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast; whenever the opportunity arises, he enjoys long motorcycle rides to explore the natural beauty of the Philippines.
